KeeMak AI helps identify insects and bugs from photos using artificial intelligence. AI results are estimates and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong. The App is not a substitute for professional medical, veterinary, pest-control, safety, or scientific advice.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the App, including:
- Account data, such as email address, display name, user ID, authentication provider, account status, and sign-in/session data.
- Photos and scan content, such as photos you upload, scan history, image storage references, AI-generated identification results, and scan error details.
- Profile and preference data, such as onboarding answers, selected countries, bug interests, scan context, and similar preferences you choose to provide.
- Analytics, diagnostics, technical, security, subscription, support, and feedback data needed to run and protect the App.
We do not directly collect or store full payment card numbers. Payments are handled by Apple & Google for iOS & Android respectively.
